July came and went in a blur! It was so fast that I missed the July monthly recap!
Here’s a quick snapshot of what happened in July. Thankfully, my journals can fill in the gaps where it feels like it went by so fast I can hardly remember it.
I missed out on taking the screenshot of my monthly Reciptify, but I pretty much listened to the CHROMATICA BALL SETLIST as soon as GagaDaily added it to their Spotify.

July was one of the more challenging months of 2022 so far. I don’t feel up to getting into all the details, but I am looking for a new job. Hopefully, at my next one, I will feel valued and appreciated as an employee and human being. I pray I can get a job in a design position that I am genuinely excited to go to each day.
I did my best to stay afloat and get through each day. It was extremely challenging at times. I kept busy by applying to lots of jobs, planning my Chromatica Ball look, and taking small day trips with Giovanni so we would get out of the house. We went to Central Park for a walk and trekked over to Greenpoint for Yoseka’s LCN pop-up. While I was there I got a new fountain pen and some other goodies. Look out for a new blog post featuring my small fountain pen collection next month!
With my newfound free time, I also was able to take care of myself and schedule some doctor’s appointments that I had been putting off for a while. On August 2nd, I got my wisdom teeth removed so that’s the main culprit for why I forgot to post this monthly recap sooner.
I am extremely grateful for the weekly group therapy meetings, and Gio’s unconditional love.
I found that doing small things for myself each day helped me get through it. I’d highly recommend getting groceries delivered when you don’t have the energy (or brain cells) to go out and face the world. I used to always
don’t forget to share what you’ve been up to this month in the comments below!
I’d love to hear what you’re currently loving!
